Emohua local government chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Tuesday led a team of security personnel and members of the local government taskforce to destroy illegally refined petroleum products impounded from dumps across the local government area.
The council chairman and his team also effected the arrest of some dealers of illegally refined products intercepted along Elele-Alimini and Akpabu axis in course of his routine check on illegal petroleum refining activities which has been identified as the major cause of soot pandemic in the local government area in particular and Rivers state at large.
